Business Development Manager
SHOWA, a 100% wholly-owned Japanese glove manufacturer, globally positioned, now seeks to appoint a Business Development Manager based near the border of Germany / Austria to promote the brand and consolidate long-term profitable relationships with existing distribution partners across the country. The assigned territory will include South Bavaria & Austria.
SHOWA is well established in Germany and has achieved strong YOY results, however, further growth can still be achieved. 20% of the time will be spent managing existing relationships through attending multi-site visits (once and when possible) and/or online meetings to offer product training and presentations, setting objectives, introducing marketing campaigns, supporting bids and tenders, evaluating performance, and identifying opportunities to seek deeper market penetration. 80% of time will be spent at end-user level managing existing accounts to grow but also proactively seeking new business opportunities.

You have already a few years of experience in front-end and back-end development. You are an expert in PHP and WordPress is no secret for you.
Our WordPress developer will work with part of the marketing team here in Amsterdam.
The role will report to the Head of Content and Digital Marketing in Europe and is located in our EMEA headquarters in Amsterdam Zuid.
As a unique position in the company, we will ask you to come to the office every day of the week.

Field Marketing Manager
As a Field Marketing Manager you are responsible for driving demand through field programs to meet or exceed revenue goals for the region’s sales teams.
You will develop and drive targeted marketing programs to generate awareness, quality pipeline, move prospects through the sales cycle and help to build a customer relationship.
This position supports the European sales team. You will collaborate closely with SHOWA’s sales, sales development, and the marketing team to plan and execute. This field-based position requires some experience across verticals, as well as tradeshows planning and execution.
In addition, you must successfully collaborate with a variety of individuals and teams as well as manage numerous projects simultaneously, in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is a highly organised self-starter with a natural curiosity to learn and explore.
