Our social media manager will be working within our marketing team in Amsterdam. You will own each social media channels we have accross US, Canada, LATAM, Europe and Australia.

This role will report to our Head of Content and Digital Marketing and is located in our EMEA headquarters in Amsterdam Zuid. All employees must come to the office every day, working remotely is not an option.

Roles and Responsabilities

  • Working within the marketing team in Amsterdam, you’ll manage and optimize social media activation across all regions (US, Canada, LATAM, Europe and Australia)
  • Own our social media channels. Responsible for the social media channels from strategy, planning, execution, as well as community management (engagement with relevant accounts) across all regions (US, Canada, LATAM, Europe and Australia)
  • Collaborate globally with the organization but also initiate your own projects.Working with the marketing team, product team, and sales team to create an engaging social media calendar. And develop targeted social media marketing campaigns.
  • Drive growth. Looking for improvements on how marketing, and social media in particular, can contribute to our revenue growth and showing confidence to experiment with new ideas that can help us attract, engage and retain customers.
  • Be data-driven. Focus on hitting KPIs and prioritize projects that have the highest KPI impact based upon data. Generate insights on performance and share learnings and improvements with the wider team
  • Be visible. Interact with our customers, potential clients, journalists, and thought leaders in our space – start meaningful conversations that will enhance our brand and following.

Education and Competences

  • Bachelor’s or Master in arts & Humanities, Communications, Marketing, Business, or any related field.

As a new graduate, you are about to land your first or second job.

  • You are creative and a natural content creator
  • You have a basic understanding in most of the tools in the Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • You are able to work in a multinational and multicultural environment.
  • You speak English on a native level and another European language (Spanish, German and/or Dutch)
  • You are highly organized with a strong work ethic and interpersonal skills
